Having completed his maximum full two year term as the Association's Chairman, Encik Azam Azman had passed the baton to Mr. David Fong. Mr. David Fong is the Chief Executive Officer of iSpring Venture Management Sdn Bhd and has been involved in the venture capital industry since 1992 when he joined Walden International Investment Group, Singapore. For the past 10 years, he has been actively involved in the venture capital industry in Malaysia and has served on the management committee of MVCA on several occasions, including as Deputy Chairman in 2006/2007.

As the new term begins, we look forward to working closely with our members, regulatory bodies and corporate organizations in the coming year to achieve our objectives for the Association and the venture capital and private equity industry.
